About Me

Making a difference

My name is Reinaldo Rivas (Ray), originally from Venezuela and currently living in Canada. My passion for squash started when I was 11 years old and shortly after I was travelling and playing tournaments. After my coach and mentor moved to another country, I had the great opportunity to take over his steps and started teaching squash and getting involved organizing Tournaments, Ladders, Round Robins, etc.

After years gone by, I had the chance to develop a great set of skills in computers and programming, specifically Excel. Thanks to this two passions, knowledge and experience, I have developed one of the most amazing gifts someone could have:
be able to change people's lives (in a positive way).

Now at this point in my life, I am looking forward to expand the reach of the impact I can make by combining the skills & experience of two things that I am really good at.

"Tournament Scheduler" has evolved significantly in the last year and today I am so excited of what I can offer to clubs, communities, organizations and companies behind some of the greatest sports in the world.

Organizing Tournaments takes a big chunk of people's time and is not necessarily the most exciting part of a Tournament.

That is why I am certain I can be of great help to you, by doing all of that work for you. With the software I personally developed, it takes me a fraction of the time to do all the draws, schedule all the matches and provide you with some other great features (i.e. online registration, Daily matches Program, etc).

I can help with most of the racket sports that exists today: Squash, Tennis, Racquetball, Badminton, Table Tennis, Pickle-ball, Beach Tennis, Paddle, etc.
